CFESA's Basic Electricity class is for the technician that needs improvement in understanding electricity and troubleshooting commercial food equipment. This 3-day class will cover safety, lock-out tag-out, understanding Ohm’s Law, using the multimeter, understanding voltage, amps, current, and resistance, reading diagrams, building circuits, basic troubleshooting techniques, with significant time spent Hands-On diagnosing and repairing equipment.
Course Cost = $550 for CFESA Members and $1100 for Non CFESA Members

Training Refund Policy Effective Jan. 1, 2017:
(applies to Basic Electricity, ESGW, Refrigeration, NTT, & Management Training)
There will be no refunds issued for any CFESA training classes. If a company is not able to send their participant to the course, 50% of the course registration fee will be automatically forfeited. The remaining 50% registration fee will be applied to a credit that may be utilized towards another class. The credit must be utilized within 6 months or it will be automatically forfeited.
